Once you place the order, we purchase the shoes from Vans directly. We apply premium paint and fabric medium to make sure the paint does not crack, bleed, or rinse off. We also apply a top coat to protect the art from stains.
It typically takes 3-4 weeks for you to receive your shoes.
Once the shoes are finished, we ship them to you via UPS ground shipping. All of our packages are insured for the purchase price. Orders under $100 are insured up to $100. If your order is lost or destroyed in transit or you do not receive your order after the courier marks it as delivered, you may file a claim with the courier for the total purchase price.
