It typically takes 3-4 weeks for you to receive your shoes. You will receive your tracking information via email when the shoes ship.
The artwork will last just like any other shoe you buy. Our customs are properly prepared for painting and then we apply premium paint and topcoat. We recommend applying a waterproof sealant to your shoes every few weeks to increase their lifespan.
All of our packages are insured for the purchase price. Orders under $100 are insured up to $100. If your order is lost or destroyed in transit or you do not receive your order after the courier marks it as delivered, you may file a claim with the courier for the total purchase price.
