FAQ - Painted by MMSD

Q. How does this work?
A. Once you place the order, we purchase the shoes from the manufacturer directly. Leather shoes are prepped by deglazing and breaking the top coat applied by the manufacturer. We apply premium paint, mediums, and finishes to make sure the paint does not crack, bleed, or rinse off. A top coat is also applied to protect the art from stains. Once the shoes are finished, we ship them to you via UPS ground shipping. All of our packages are insured for the purchase price. 

Q. How long does it take for me to receive my shoes?
A. It typically takes 3-4 weeks. The main factor is the availability of your size. Some sizes take longer to get, but you will receive an email if there are any delays in processing your order.

Q. Will the artwork last?
A. Yes, just like any other shoe you buy. Our customs are properly prepared for painting and then we apply premium paint and topcoat. We recommend applying a waterproof sealant to your shoes every few weeks to increase their lifespan.

Q. Do I have to send you the shoes?
A. No, our prices include the cost of the shoe.

Q. Are the shoes new?
A. Our shoes are 100% fresh-out-of-the-box new.
